By downloading, installing, or using Rewoven ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Rewoven is an educational platform providing interactive quizzes, learning content, progress tracking, and competitive leaderboards to help users master knowledge across various subjects.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or have parental consent)
One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings through cheating or exploitation
Share your account credentials with others
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Intellectual Property

All content in Rewoven, including questions, articles, graphics, and code, is owned by Rewoven or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

User Content

Any content you submit (such as usernames or profile pictures) must not violate these terms or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewoven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
